For the [ATG] Artist Training Grounds III - Day 9

Today's Prompt: Draw two ponies with swapped manes/Draw a pony made over.

Luna was always portrayed as the spunky, young one while Celestia was shown with a more regal, gentle appearance. Decided to change it up, so I gave Celestia the ponytail style from the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic comic book Issue #9, and Luna a really, swirly and pretty Celestia *poof* style.

Wish I could've colored it but I did do this in a hurry (2 hours or less).
